Strange urls shown as visited on site

This week, strange urls have been appearing in FireStats as pages visited on my site. My site is https://www.shaunsmith.ca , but you can see in the samples below that the urls visited have second, completely different urls for other sites attached at the end, along with some other text figures mixed in.

Anyone have any ideas what this is? Some kind of trojan type thing?

There have been 6 so far. They come from unknown referrers in countries around the world. All from different ip addresses.
