Strange thing with my Admin Profile

    Hello tech team……I decided to come here to see if anyone else is having that same issue. Nothing found so far.

    What is happening is I have my admin profile and 3 testing profiles. Two profiles I was able to add my admin profile as a friend early one but one I can not. Whether I am in search or my admin profile in the default group or in the friend list on 2 of the profiles if I click on the admin profile name to view that profile, I get an error “User can not be found” weird!

    I checked all the settings and I did not have my admin profile hidden or locked down from what I can see.

    Also in my Admin profile I do not see the Add a Friend option.

    Any solutions for me?

    Hello @desertdianagmailcom,

    We checked the issue on your site, and it seems that the problem is caused by a space in the username for that admin user. Please update the username by removing the space. You can change the username from the “Account Details” tab under the “Settings” section on the profile page.

    After changing the username, please go to “Settings >> Permalinks” and save the permalinks once. Then, check the URL for this user on the members page.

    Awesome, thank you. I couldn’t change the user name so I created a new admin and deleted that one.
