Strange symbol in Storefront cart buttons after update

    After update to Woo 8.2.1 and Storefront Storefront 4.5.3, the mini cart buttons for Cart and Checkout are both appended with a strange symbol, when site is viewed in Firefox, but not Chrome. It’s a small box with 4 letter-like figures within.

    Any ideas how to rectify this oddity?

    The issue you’re experiencing seems to be related to a font rendering issue. Firefox may have trouble rendering a specific character or font that Chrome handles differently.

    I’ve run tests on my site with WC 8.2.1 and Storefront 4.5.3, and I’m not spotting any unusual symbols on the mini cart using the Firefox browser.

    However, to rectify this, could you please try clearing your browser cache in Firefox? If that doesn’t work, you could try deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and see if the issue persists. This will help determine if there’s a conflict with another plugin.
