Strange Series of Characters automatically added to blogpost URLs

Hi, I’ve actually had this problem for a few years but have never really tried to address the issue. Basically, whenever I load a post a series of random words automatically is added to the URL. For example if I use the the following:
The site will will automatically load with the below, adding “#.W4A1YuhKjIU”
This only happens with all blog posts; I do not have this issue with the the home page and about pages
How do I correct this?

Hmmm… I don’t see that when I have the Privacy Badger browser extension enabled. Disabling it, I see what you see. It’s coming from the “Add This” plugin. You may want to find a less intrusive social share plugin. Generally, I use the sharing features of Jetpack.

This is not the issue because the plugin Add This (which you have installed on your site) tracking the shares. But you can fix this by following these steps:
1) Login into wordpress admin
2) Open Add This > Advanced Settings
3) Uncheck Address bar sharesLet me know if that helps.
