Strange Results – Cover Template with Featured Image (version 2.2.1)

    Hello and thanks for the great theme!

    Since 2.2.1 I am getting wonky results with a featured image and the cover for full width cover template. The image appears in the background fine, but then another copy of the image is overlaid on top of it.

    Could it have something to do with this in the changelog?

    “Updated all featured image output using background-image to also output the image as an image element.”

    I’m not sure how to deal with this or what I should be doing to accomodate?

    Follow-up: Rollback to 2.1.3 solves the problem for now.

    Hi @justted,

    Glad you like it! Try updating to 2.2.1 again and empty your cache, in the browser and/or in any cache plugins you’re using. That should fix the issue.

    Indeed that solves the problem. I will do this from now on for theme updates, thanks for the quick response.
