Strange response with language condition

Hi,

I have a 2 language website (Dutch, English). I have created two booking forms, one for each language. They are entered in an editor as follows:

8 is the Dutch version, 10 the English one.

Both forms are shown correctly, but underneath the Dutch version it shows: “1/1”; nothing underneath the English version. I have already deleted and rebuilt the forms, but that makes no difference.

It’s quite harmless, but it looks odd and serves no purpose. How can I get rid of it?
