Strange Rerouting to The Old page that was deleted

    Hi,

    I have a problem I can’t resolve and I hope someone can help me. I have the old testimonials page I deleted and after created a new page (https://www.nickwebb.com/testimonials) that has the same url as the old page. However now WP is trying to locate the old page and now everytime I go to the new page it goes tired to find original page that what renamed testimonials-old and is no longer exist.
    I cleared my cookies and cache. removed all plugins and checked rerouting, changed permalinks, but still no luck.
    Every time I delete a page from the site and create a new one with the same url, I get an error because it’s trying to find the old page that is no longer there.

    Here is another example https://www.nickwebb.com/leadership, the page is there but it’s being rerouted to the other page from which it was created.

    I need to resolve this weird rerouting. Thank you for your help.

    It was premium Yoast Plugin Causing the issue, not WP. Deactivating this resolved my problem. Try deactivating plugins to see if plugins might be the cause.
