    hi there,

    after installing and activating the login page reloads every 5 Seconds – like a cronjonb
    site is under maintenance – with login-php it displays sites which are set to private

    Hi,

    I think that the maintenance plugin is checking the URLs and probably this is why the login page is reloaded constantly. I don’t really have an explanation for that.

    Can you deactivate the maintenance plugin for a minute and see if you get the same behavior?

    The custom login is calling the login data as wp-login.php does. The custom login path should be a unique URL which you shouldn’t make it public.
