Strange redirects

Hi when I used our plugin (which used to work fine) I get the following line when a user tries to login
mysite.com//?wcz
I also see the redirect when I go to my home login page
https://bisfhouse.com/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fbisfhouse.com%2Fready-green-deal-v3%2FThis has only happened in the last few days, any ideas?
