We checked and a few similar URLs are indexed for your website:

These are the listings of our dynamic sitemaps. The reason for these URLs being indexed is that after adding the allow/disallow rules in the robots.txt file of the website, you’ve added the rule Allow: /, which is allowing all the URLs on the website to be crawled.

Please remove the above rule from the robots.txt file and add these indexed URLs in the Removal tool of your Google Search Console account, so that Google removes these URLs from the SERPs.
