Strange random code at the end of the URL

Hi there,

Sudently, wordpress is displaying a random code at the end of any URL just after the page loads.

So … the page loads with the url https://www.mysite.com/mercedes-benz-cls63-amg and … after ~ 1 second it ads at the end of the URL a strange generated code, and the URL becomes https://www.mysite.com/mercedes-benz-cls63-amg#.UCFF3KO2BI0

.. and this is happening on every page…

https://www.mysite.com/aston-martin-am-310
becomes
https://www.mysite.com/aston-martin-am-310#.UCFKdqO2BI0

and so one …

my url is /%postname in wordpress setings
