Strange Problem viewing WP on Iphones

Hi,
This problem is only on IPhones. All other devices work correctly as should.
I have specified another header image for mobiles and it works fine. On ALL Iphones the image does not display at all.
Is there any Iphone specific CSS code I need?

It would appear the problem is around this code:
@media only screen and (max-width: 640px){ .intro-image { background-image: url('https://www.clovelchildcare.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/05/mobileheader3.png') !important; } }Basically the iphone does not call that image
