Strange problem

Hi,
Sorry for the not so useful title but couldn’t think of anything better.
The problem is that whenever I make some changes, especially in CSS and layout, I can see the changes instantly in my computer but it takes a day or two for the change to appear in my office computer. I have tried emptying cache and deleting history and all but can not fathom whats the real deal here?

Using same browser at both the places(FireFox)

Looks like some cache issue but can not understand , so help me out.
