Strange Primary Sidebar Behavior

Hello!
I am trying to figure out why my primary sidebar is the wrong width for part of the page! I have investigated all of the things that could be wrong and I’m at a loss. You will notice that the primary (left) sidebar is a different width for part of the page. I cannot find the reason for this. I even removed the last plugin that was installed when this appeared to pop up (WP Customer Reviews).
