Strange placeholder and gallery-dropdown not working

I noticed two strange things since Version 3.2:

In the WYSIWYG-Editor, where normally a placeholder like [gallery=7] was displayed, I now see a big placeholder in light blue with a camera-image. The one that usually is used for Flash-content. To edit this I have to switch to HTML-view.

Second: The gallery- and album-dropdowns to insert them into the WYSIWYG-Editor aren’t working anymore. When clicking on the drop-down-element or on the text, the animated waiting-symbol (circle) appears and nothing happens.
