Strange Permalink

The URL in the browser says: https://winkelcentrumkadobon.nl/?page_id=824
And the permalink in the dashboard -> projects says: https://winkelcentrumkadobon.nl/?wallstreet_service=winkeliersverenigingenWhen I try to go via the ‘Customizer’ to the same page I get an error page…?
Somehow I cannot come to the pages trough the customizer, I can not get to the ‘service’ pages and also to the ‘project’ pages.Changing the permalink via Settings with the option ‘Customized structure’ does not that what I expected. E.g. %post_id% will result in:
https://winkelcentrumkadobon.nl/https://winkelcentrumkadobon.nl/winkeliersverenigingen/I expected a number e.g. https://winkelcentrumkadobon.nl/page_id=824/ or something like that.
I hope you know what I mean and can help me with this ‘weird’ problem.
