Strange menu drop down appearance

On my site I made a drop down menu when you roll over “what we offer.” I’m confused as to why the drop down menu looks like it does–black background with red text, huge, and spaced out. On some pages when you roll over it it is smaller, more “normal” looking. I do not want it to look like this–how do I change its appearance?

(I’m working on this site after someone else set it up, which is why I don’t know that much about what’s going on in the backend)
