strange link appears in browser

I have a strange but when I hover a link in my blog and hover it out I see a path appearing it looks like https://imgur.com/cZuFL
is it because of my cookies that know I am an admin and am now logged out?

it only appears in the browser place where you can see what link you will be sent to.
