Hi
It appears both http and https were entered in the url. This occurs when the WordPress editor (sometimes) automatically appends the https:// to the url.
I guess, the following is the correct url:
https://www.bcbud.store/?retainful_cart_action=recover&validate=qKWfCJu0qUOmWGAOWGWTWGWTLzAvqJDhp3EipzHyZxMwLKW0WGWTWzIgLJyfK3AyoaD9ZFMuLzShMT9hMJEsL2SlqS9cMQ0mWaAyp3Aco25snJD9AmR4BD%3D%3D&lang=en_US
1. Please go to Retainful -> Email Templates -> Edit the email template.
2. Click on the Checkout link / button link
3. You will see a small box. Click on the Edit pencil icon https://www.evernote.com/l/AjwMVD7XfU9HXK9OI3GgIaG86j4D9TKDZSk
4. In the edit box, click on the Gear icon https://www.evernote.com/l/AjzdZNIti55DL4UaGp1YCawUqzLeMMQ_7yw
5. It will open a popup. Make sure the URL field only has the short code: {cart_recovery_link}
https://www.evernote.com/l/AjyoQinmcrtKfZLc070MbnWvoWOivX25hWg
6. Click update.
Now the editor will NOT automatically try to append a http in front of a url.
Hope this helps.
