I am having some trouble importing images. On my first attempt all items imported as expected except the images. Upon reviewing the import template, I noticed a preview & test function. Here are the results: preview & Test

The function find the URL correctly and even pulls the images correctly. But, when I click the test function, I get the following error:
    error

“File “image.jpg” is not a valid image’ This is odd as the image is valid and in fact the plugin is able to link to it and hot-link it correctly. What can I do to the data to get these images to import correctly?

Perhaps it may help you to know these images are hosted on a BigCommerce server: https://www.birdhousesupply.com/

    Thank you,

    Hi @amatuer33

This means that the action of downloading the images to your server is the issue – and, it does seem to be something that’s isolated to your server as I was able to download one of them on my test site: see screenshot.

There are a few things that could cause errors like this on your server – please check the following:

    1) Make sure your servers disk drive isn’t full
    2) Check folder permissions (see documentation)
    3) Contact the host of the images to make sure your server isn’t being blocked from downloading them

If you find that none of the above are causing the problem, please open a support ticket at https://www.wpallimport.com/support/ referencing this issue so that we can take a closer look at what’s going wrong here.
