Strange issue where some Product Categories NOT showing products

    HI

    I’m having a strange issue, whereby some Product Categories are NOT showing products and saying “No products” when in fact there is.

    It is ONLY happening when the customer is NOT logged in.

    When the customer is logged in it is showing 9 products. This is happening on quite a number of products so I’m a bit concerned.

    I have a very large menu for this client site with many many categories and sub categories and over 3000 products.

    So I’m bit confused as to WHY it is NOT showing ALL the products when customer is NOT logged in.

    I also have a tickbox that allows me to tick whether that menu item is displayed for “Logged in Users” and “logged out Users” etc.

    But something is not right here for some of them and I can’t understand why.

    AND some of the Sub Categories may show 10 products when NOT logged in for that group, and then I try on another browser and being logged in and it shows 35 products.

    Therefore for some reason NOT showing all products when logged in.

    Thank you for your message, I understand you’re having issues displaying your products for not logged-in customers, this is unusual and not the default behavior, so it seems something else is interfering with your setup.

    You do mention a conditional display for logged-in users so probably a plugin to restrict content is causing unwanted effects, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    • Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
