Strange issue in Admin Orders Layout

I understand that the Order No section that’s always at the top is now below the Item box for some of your users, correct?

Can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

If this did not resolve the issue, please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Thank you very much. I cloned the site to a staging URL, changed the Theme to Storefront and have only WooCommerce active and the issue remains. It’s only on a few users (both before and after doing this), not all which odd.

Here is the System Report, but I don’t find anything in the Logs. It could be due to not being writeable, so if that’s needed, I can do so.

Hi @jaypeg ,

This is indeed strange behavior, one which I am unable to reproduce on my testing site which uses the latest version of both WordPress and WooCommerce, as editing any order within WooCommerce ?→? Orders displays correctly, as seen below:

Please could you clarify the following:

• When did you first notice this behavior occur?
• Did you perhaps make any changes/updates to your site prior to seeing this?
• Are there any similarities with the customer orders which are experiencing this behavior (order status, date of order etc.)?

As a next step, can you please try updating WooCommerce to its latest version (7.5) and see if this resolves the issue?

If the issue persists, can you try the following, checking after each:

• Deactivating and then reactivating WooCommerce
• Deleting WooCommerce and then downloading and installing a fresh copy (this will not affect your WooCommerce data in any way, all orders, customer etc will still be there once reinstalling WooCommerce).

There were updates late last week (Plugins & Theme) and it was brought to my attention on Monday. When it was first brought to my attention, it appeared that some of the Widgets in there was likely clicked and it made everything else go white. As I moved it around, the 2 main areas switched. I then went and tried in another user profile by clicking the widgets and it caused the same thing to happen, but I wasn’t able to get either of these back in place and since they aren’t movable, it’s unclear how they moved at all. It only appears to be in these 2 profiles now and it’s on any order viewed.

I upgraded to Woocommerce 7.5.0, but no changes. I then deactivated and reactivated it with no changes and finally deleted it and re-added it with no changes. I ran a DB optimize and repair and that didn’t solve it.

The one idea I have now is to delete the 2 user accounts and re-add them. I did that on the staging site and the new user accounts appear to be normal.

Thanks for trying Roxy’s suggestions above, though these did not resolve the issue here. However, I am glad that deleting and adding back these users finally fixed the strange issue of the WooCommerce > Orders page in their profiles, correct?
