Strange Issue Across Admin / Frontend

  • Not sure what happened as nothing was changed on the backend, no new plugins or such. But, having these issues suddenly.

    1. Can’t switch between visual / text tabs
    2. Anchor links stopped working (they scroll to top of page instead of specific section)
    3. Yoast SEO even looks messed up, see attached.
    4. Admin panel, left menus no longer open on mouse hover

  • Hello,
    Try to uninstall your plugins then try to fix the bug after install plugin one by one.

    Again you can check your console. In that case please check if there are some error.

    If you don’t have any plugin the you have to contact your theme author.
    They can give you the right answer quickly and fast response .

    That’s what I say in Firefox console.

    I traced the visual/text mode issue to 2 plugins (must of been recent updates). However, I’m still trying to figure out why the anchor links stopped working on one page in particular. Cleared cache via Autoptimize and browser, replicated in multiple browsers.

    Would really appreciate help on the anchor texts. I’m baffled, was working fine and now isn’t. Same simple code.
