strange hashtag and digits at the end of my post urls…

    Can someone please help me understand how i acquired a very strange addition to my post urls?
    Its different every time but it looks something like this: #.To5DIvqnlBk

    Happens in all 3 browsers i test in.
    I had an issue recently with the “Advanced Category Excluder” pluggin which i have had to deactivate for the meantime(im thinking could be this?). Other than that I have not added new any plugins recently.
