Strange happenings with link widget

So I upgraded from 2.0.something to 2.2. For awhile it was working just fine. The links widget in my side bar at my blog just isn’t working. You’ll see it says “music” there. That is actually a post category not a link. Because of this my “blog roll” and “general” links are jumbled up as one. I have no idea what is causing this. I’m confused and was wondering if someone might be able to point me to where I should look to try to figure out why it’s grabbing a post category and placing it there while screwing up the formatting of my two “blog roll” categories.
