strange H1 tag on homepage, how to change H1 to paragraph or something?

    1 when I check the source code of my homepage , it says there are 3 H1 tags, all the H1 tags are blank, I didn’t know what is it for ? I didn’t understand why I start every content with Header tag ? How to avoid this? Can it be a paragraph instead? How to change it?

    2 a checking website says that my homepage has a <h1> “about us” and a <h2> “about us”, I only set “about us” with H2 tag. How come the “about us” with H1 tag?

    I would like to control the H1 tag by myself. I would like to delete the 3 H1 tag and set a new one by myself.
