A few weeks ago I posted an article (https://waternatuurlijkdodelta.nl/zwanen-in-de-sluis/) and used the option to add a different title for sharing on Twitter and on Facebook. I had not done that before, and wanted to see what the effect was.

I’m not sure my problem is related, but when I search on Google on the title of this article, I get several other (older) articles from my site contain the same text.
I made a print of these search results on searchterm “zwanen klem in de sluis” and highlighted the searched text: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/19259857/searchresults.png

As you may see, none of the articles has anything to do with the searched text: title, url and (for posts: date) are as they should be, but the regular snippet seems to be overtaken by the searched text.

When I use Duckduckgo or Yahoo for searching, this problem does not appear.

I’d like to know what I should do, I’m hesitating to use the Twitter/FB title adjustment function in Yoast now.
