    First of all, please make sure you are using the latest version of our plugins. Once you’ve done that, will you please follow the steps outlined in this article? This will allow us to determine if there is a problem in our plugin or a conflict with the theme or other installed plugins.

    Hey Caroline. I discovered the problem was a conflict between the plugin rokAjaxSearch by RocketThemes, and The Events Calendar. I will use a different search function for now. would be nice to be able to use both but I understand it’s virtually impossible to make plugins which function correctly with every other one out there.

    Thanks for following up–glad to hear you’ve located the culprit, though I’m definitely sorry to hear about the conflict! Have you tried to reach out to the folks behind the theme? Maybe they are already aware of this and have a workaround or are preparing a fix. We’d love to be able to support you directly, but the theme author will be your best bet since they are much more familiar with their code than we are.
