• Hello there,

Looking into using opentickets for webinar sign ups and like the idea that we can use this with Woocommerce and people can login and sign up for tickets etc.

I’ve installed the plugin and tested with and without the custom theme and the events are showing up as within the link. To me it appears they are a simple posts page without the buttons for the tickets or without any information about times etc.

Have checked the forums and cannot find anyone who has had a similar issue.

    Any help would be great.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Ok, I got this resolved by going back to square one and investigating how things work.

When you are creating an event I believed this to be a one off event, however it should not be considered as that. It should be considered to be an event with multiple dates/times. A category if you will.

When you add a time/date to the calendar it generates a sub event (or event as I know it) and the URL you get includes the time/date /2019-11-06_1200am/

Setting up tickets can also be a bit clunky, mainly due to how the settings are labelled in event areas. I’d gone in and set a price for the ticket inside this area and didnt realise once I’d save the page it’d wiped out.

The Ticket Price field should be marked as “Woocommerce Ticket Product (Ticket Price)” or something similar.

Once I’d got my head around the first item and then set the right setting on the 2nd all is working correctly.
