Strange entries in wp_options table

Anyone encountered this strange problem? I exported my MySQL database. In de wp_options file I found a LOT of data and references to pictures that were not mine. For example the sentence:
“easy, but I agree it would be nice if the video media embed popup made this more seamless”
I Googled this sentence and found this WordPress blog:
https://www.baldheretic.com/2009/02/18/implementing-video

Another example, this picture: https://ocaoimh.ie/wp-content/uploads/2009/02/jobless_cover-213×300.jpg
It’s in my database but definitely not on my blog.

Or this one: https://lorelle.files.wordpress.com/2009/02/edmoirta-tattooartistwordpresslogo.jpg

I have hundreds of examples like this. And I am sure that I did not import this into my table? Anyone has an explanation? Or am I missing something?
