strange difference in the layout between test and real

Someone can explain why there is a difference between these 2 pages? https://sacconicase.com/hotels/ and https://test.sacconicase.com/hotels/

In the first one I see a line more in the top-right part of the screen (desktop), and only on the italian version of the website, it’s strange because they are supposed to have the same code and same css
