Strange colors in menu after upgrade of Ocean WP theme to 4.0.1

  • Hello after upgrading Ocean WP to 4.0.1 we experienced the following problems with colors in the menu of our site.

    If we visit the site logged in as wp-admin everything seems to be ok.

    But if we open Customizer suddenly the background colors of selected menu item becomes white

    If we open the site out of customizer (i.e. right click and open in new tab/window) then even out of customizer the background color of selected menu item remains white

    We did not change colors and this is not a wanted change for our site.

  • Following. The same has happened to my sites, at a larger scale. Over 100 customer websites. The update is changing colors and fonts, and does not allow for me to correct them, for example the Page Title (and page title sub headings) are no longer a typography option. This really has caused a massive amount of work for me, and most of the changes are not something I can correct.

    We’ve fixed this issue in the latest version.
    Kindly update OceanWP theme to version 4.0.2 and Ocean Extra plugin to version 2.4.2.
