Strange Behavour

My redirects have stopped working with Chrome, FF, IE and Safari on a PC and an iMac, however, they are working with Safari on an iPhone and iPad as well as Chrome on an Android Phone. I tried clearing the cache on all the offending devices and still not working. Anyone have a suggestion?
