Strange behavior

In Wordfence I get every day a ton of page-not-found messages (404) that are linked toe Mailpoet-plugin:

Ulft, Netherlands left https://www.hcat.nl/ and tried to access non-existent page https://www.hcat.nl/wp-content/plugins/mailpoet/assets/dist/css/public.57ec16af.css?ver=e0de5fd718ea6a0ba…Can someone explain me what is happening here? Is it harmful? If yes, what is a solution?
