Strange backup, hacking ?

    Hi,

    I installed your plugin, and created a monthly backup, which is scheduled on first day of each month.

    Backup jobs worked fine each month.

    Until today (25th of January).
    A backup job loaded by itself. Strange.

    But the most surprising is the job date : 20th of February 2016 !!!!

    Could you please tell me what happened ?
    And if there is any threat of hacking ?

  • Is the server time correct?
    Is the backup started by hand?

    Sorry, but it not easy to say wher it cames from.

    Yes the server time is correct.
    And the backup was not started by hand (I’m the only admin).

    Backup was started by itself (or by hack) at night.
    With that very strange date time : 20th of February 2016.

    How can that be possible ?

    On low trafic sites it can be that the backup will done to a later time after the definied time. THe WordPress cron will only work with traffic on the site.
