    Hello everyone !

I have a strange issue with WordPress, Nextgen Gallery and my Mistique-extend theme (I don’t have this problem anymore when i de-activate nextgen gallery plugin or change to a Twinty-xxx theme).

I have articles related to a category. These articles (some contains ng gallaries, some do not), are correctly displayed in the category feed/flow (dunno which is the correct word). But when I click on the latest articles to access to their own URL, I get a 500 internal error. Only for the latest articles I have added in this category, other can be accessed normally.

I am using the latest WordPress version (4.1.1), latest NGG version (2.0.76), PHP 5.4, SQL 5.1, and PHP Safe Mode is OFF. I tried disabling my other pulgins, same issue. I am hosted by OVH (french company), with Mystique theme (up-to-date).

    Here is the category feed/flow : https://mickaelperrier.fr/portfolio/category/realisations/developpement/
Here is the latest article URL (of the related category) : https://mickaelperrier.fr/portfolio/2013-stage-de-fin-detudes-chez-the-cosmo-company/

My error logs do not give me any useful information, only some “Premature end of script headers: index.php”.

I am also giving a look at the Mystique-extend theme, but nothing useful so far for this very strange issue.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide me, and sorry for my approximative english.

@arkeen00 – Unfortunately with your site in Maintenance Mode there is not much that can be suggested from the links you shared. As it is, you noted the default Twenty series themes are working correctly and you are seeing errors related to the index.php template so my first thoughts would lead towards an issue in that code.

Although theme code review is generally beyond our scope of support, if you can share that template file as a Gist, pastebin, or CloudUp I can have a quick look for anything that might be obvious to me.

    Thanks!

Yeah, I am currently changing my WordPress theme, it was quite old now and not updated for years, I think this was the real cause of this issue (and probably more in the future). I don’t have this issue with the other themes I have tried so far.

    Sorry for distrubing !

@arkeen00 – No worries. Thank you very much for your update.

Feel free to leave us a review after you have had a chance to see NextGEN Gallery working in your new theme as well … no problem if that’s not your thing.

    – Cais.
