Strange 404 page – Please help

    Hello All

    I am receiving a strange issue with my website.

    I have installed classima classifieds theme in https://petsloo.com/pet-classifieds/ and theme 404 page showing someone design as below

    I have contacted the theme developer and they said its not related to them and there is nothing they can do.

    Few days back many 404 error pages started showing. when i refresh the correct page displaying. I dont know what to do

    someone suggested to redirect the 404 to home page so i have done that now.

    But issue is today again i saw the same screen.

    So i have no choice to get resolve with the theme developers

    I am using all licensed versions, i mean theme and plugins.

    I am not sure how this 404 page coming and from where?

    THIS 404 ERROR NOT COMING ALWAYS, SOME TIMES IT COME ONCE AND WHEN I REFRESH THE PAGE THE CORRECT PAGE DISPLAYS.

  • I’ve checked your homepage, individual listing pages, and a bunch of random places around the website… but I don’t see any 404s or any design other than the blue design shown below.

    Yes, you are right, i said that in my post. It is not happening everytime,

    the same time i have shown the screenshots, so if you have any idea from which page of wordpress or theme by default it is calling, tell me. So i will check and update here.

    Unfortunately, static screenshots don’t help in situations like this. I need to be able to replicate the problem and analyze the page’s source before I can infer anything.
