Straight Forward, easy to use

This backup is great if you are looking for a straight forward solution that is easy to setup and run. Has options to create backup on demand, or schedule at any number of intervals. Creates a single zip file with database and file backups. Option to download. Option to eMail Notify. Speed is relatively good.
Not sure if good solution for BIG sites, but have tried for sites up to 500MB.
