Story Published and Able to View by Me but no one else

    I created this story using one of my own templates. I did a preview and checked everything to make sure it was done correctly. I published on Sunday afternoon. After it was published, I visited the URL and viewed the story – both from my laptop where I created it.
    I had noticed it didn’t get any attention by the next day, so I sent the link to a friend to make sure she could see it. She could not. On my computer, I was able to view it perfectly.
    I opened the story and just clicked Update as a test – asked her to try the same link – and now it worked.
    It was a strange glitch, but had I not been watching it, I wouldn’t have known it wasn’t live for others.

  • Hi @theadventuredispatch thanks for getting in touch. Has this happened for you before or has it happened since? It would be interesting to see if this happens again when you publish your next story.

    Could you perhaps try to publish another new story to see if you experience the same problem and if so could you share the link to the story here for me to see?
