2. Curious if you are able to embed the story when using a different theme. If possible, could you switch to a default theme (e.g. Twenty Twenty) to see if the issue persists?

We recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin and enable its troubleshooting mode. This mode disables active plugins and switches to a default theme safely because it only affects the experience of the logged-in user.
