• Hi
I am a newbie at WordPress.

I am building a website which will collect data from visitors via web forms. The data will have to be stored into a database which will have to be accessible and browsable by all visitors.
The fields of that database are the commonly used business entries for a company/organization, such as name and location, business/interest focus, contact details, etc.
I guess that for these purposes some sort of WordPress-based CRM must already be available.
Could you please tell me what I should be looking for?
Will it be included in the basic WP installation (I am using v4.8.3) or will I need to add a plugin?
    Thanks

  • A large portion of people use Gravity Forms just for this, especially since you can create the form yourself, it also stores entries in the db.
