• I’m using the plugin to create a video quiz where, at the end of each project, two clickable buttons appear. Each button leads to a new project that allows the guided path to continue, and so on.

    I’m encountering issues that compromise the usability of the tool:

    • Sometimes some stories of the project are not displayed (for example, if a project has 5 stories, the user only sees 1 or 2)
    • Sometimes the CTA buttons that lead to the next step of the flow do not appear

    Often, reloading the page resolves the error, and the project becomes fully accessible again.

    The errors occur randomly, both on desktop and mobile, without a discernible pattern regarding the device used, browser, or operating system. Sometimes the error appears on a device where it did not appear a few seconds before.

    I have already tried clearing the cache and deleting cookies, without success.

    Attached is an image of the problem: that project has 5 stories, but as you can see in the screenshot, only 2 is visible.

    Hi there! I did receive your form and it doesn’t seem like your setup has anything that would cause this issue. I was not able to reproduce the issue either after running through several of your stories repeatedly across different browsers and devices. I suggest attempting the following:

    1. Clear any Server-side caching you might have. Depending on your website configuration and hosting provider, you can clear your website’s cache in your hosting panel.
    2. Confirm you are running the latest browser version, try disabling all browser extensions, and using a Chrome incognito window to see if you experience the same.
