storefront theme w/o woocommerce n a simple paypal button

can we use the storefront theme without woocommerce and use a simple paypal button?

i have a old website that i use a simple paypal button and selling online, but my website is old, not mobile friendly, not ipad friendly. i am looking into making a new self hosted wordpress website but using the simple paypal button without any woocommerce or ecommerce credit card, or payment gateway on my website. it is possible ?
