    Hello,

I am using the storefront theme but I can’t seem to find a way to show the toggle button on the left of the woocommerce product sorting as seen in the demo which is using the same theme. When I insert the widget, on my site the toggle button is displayed at the top of the mobile page yet I want it to display the way It appears in the demo

    Hello Iamlaurie,

Please read the Changing the “Filters” toggle button position article of our Tutorials support section to learn how to move the “Filters” button to the needed position. In the particular case of the Storefront theme, our demo site uses the .orderby selector as the value of the insert_btn_before_container setting.

    This has fixed it.

The issue i have now is the filter seems to be using alot of memory on mobile. It responds so slow on mobile. I am testing with a phone of 3GB RAM. With no other application running on the phone. I get a lot of ‘chrome is not responding’ while using the filter.

I like all the other features. I want to purchase the pro version that to hide empty attributes. I am wondering if this will not make it more slow

    Hello Iamlaurie,

Unfortunately I didn’t manage to reproduce the Chrome error on any of the devices available to me, even an old Samsung S7 that I managed to lay my hands on seemed to open your page without delays. Are you sure it’s not some kind of network issue?

Since you do have very long filtering lists, I would propose that you would temporarily remove a few filters (say, the Brands and the Products), and then tested on your mobile device once again, to see if the long lists cause the irresponsiveness issue. If reducing the DOM improves the situation, then you will have your answer. And yes, this will certainly get worse with the scripts that would hide empty attributes, so if the long filters’ lists are the problem, I guess you should probably search for ways to reduce them.

I would also propose that you checked a different angle: you have some errors jumping out in the JS console. You could try eliminating them to see if this helps the mobile Chrome to work smoother.
