Storefront Extension Bundle

I’ve had several Storefront-themed sites and I’ve had no problem editing text and images. I didn’t know there was an extension bundle. You have some other problem with your site.

Do you have the problem with other themes and if woocommerce is deactivated? If you can narrow the problem to just Storefront, you should be using the Storefront support forum for Storefront problems.

Thanks for your message but I’m still clueless, if i use twenty twenty three theme everything works fine when i disable WooCommerce i just get an error on the website so still nothing? Should i buy that extension bundle?

You don’t need the Storefront Extensions Bundle to be able to edit text and pictures. Storefront works fine without it. You have got some other problem.

Your console log is showing some Storefront files are missing. You have Storefront version 4.4.0. I have checked the download for 4.4.0 and these files are missing from the download.

Please update Storefront to version 4.4.1. The changelog says this update “Fixes the issue of minified JS files not being present in 4.4.0 release.”

Next, I see your WP Memory limit is 102Mb. This does not seem much to me. There are some plugins that can be used to see if memory is a problem, and I can’t see your error log, but I should just increase it.

Put:

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );

in wp_config.php. The line may be there already, if so just edit the value to ‘256M’

I am not hopeful these two things will fix the issue, but they are easy to try.
