Storefront Causing Site Slowdown

    Recently we have noticed that our website as well as the admin panel have slowed down considerably Sometimes taking 1-2 minutes to load the admin panel each time an action is performed or page is changed. After checking to rule out plugins as an issue, we switched our site back to twenty seventeen theme and it seems to be running faster both on the front and back end. The storefront theme is very convenient for our online store, and we would love to continue using it. Is there any way to speed things up with the theme?

    After switching back once more to the Storefront theme, our site seems to be running quickly once again.
