storefront cart not working in mobile version

    I’ve researched this problem but can’t find a solution to it. Shop works correctly on a desktop computer using firefox but when I try it on my phone I get a cart empty message when I click on “add to cart”. did a test sale using my computer and everything worked correctly.

    woocomerce,wordpress,theme, and plugins have been updated. tried businessbloomer troubleshooting tips but didn’t help.

    any help will be greatly appreciated.

    I have looked into this and am able to see the shopping cart and successfully add products to it from the Firefox browser of my mobile device. I recommend flushing any browser cache the device has to see if that clears this issue.

    Hi Phillip,
    thanks for taking a look at my site. I haven’t ahd any problems with looking at my site with my desktop computer and firefox, it’s when I look at with my phone that I have the problem with it loading a item into the cart. I press the “add cart” and get “the cart is empty” message. cell phone is a galaxy note with default browser.

    Thanks for getting back on this. I was looking at your site with an iPhone 7 Plus. I used both Chrome and Firefox browsers. It looks and operates well from my perspective so the only thing I can suggest is more testing to see if how widespread this issue is.

    The first test was the one I did above, it shows a negative result, no errors. But that’s just for my device with my browsers. The next test is to use different browsers on the original device. If the issue shows on the new browsers then we can rule out the default browser as the cause. Whether it shows or not, try to test on as many devices and browser combinations as possible. If the “range” of the issue can be found we should be able to find a good solution.

    Please look into this and let us know if you can narrow this down so we can keep working towards a fix. Thanks again!

    Sometimes it’s the simplest you don’t think of. A friend ask if I had cookies turned on. Since I don’t use my phone to use the internet hadn’t thought to check. Happy to report, turn on cookies and works now.
