• Hi,

I have been using WP Shopify Pro and needed to disconnect and reactivate. However I am getting a following error message when trying to sync after inputing all the API, etc:

Opps, it looks like the storefront access token you provided is wrong.

I retried the process few times and I get the same error. I am stuck. PLease note I am not a developer:)

    Hey there,

Sometimes this can happen if you miss a single character during the copy / paste process.

Another thing you can try is creating a whole new Shopify private app which will generate new API keys for you.

    Hey,

I deleted and recreate the app. I used clipboard to copy the data to input into the plugin. The same thing.

    Hi @andrewmrobbins,

I’m experiencing this same issue. After disconnecting the app, I tried to reactivate it and got the same error message about the storefront access token.

I tried creating a new Shopify private app, but no luck. And I’ve been using the “copy to clipboard” option as well.

Nevermind, I was able to resolve this issue by updating the plugin to the latest version.

@sputas1111, try updating and see if that works for you too.

No it did not help. I an running latest PRO version of the plugin: Version 3.5.3. I deactivated the plugin and reactivated it again today. Tried to connect it and the same error. Very frustrating….

@sputas1111 The latest version of the plugin is 3.6.0. If you don’t see the update, try deactivating the plugin. Also make sure that you license is entered within the plugin settings.
