    Do you mean the StoreCustomizer panel in the WordPress Customizer is disappearing?

    Are you able to deactivate plugin or maybe test another theme in the Customizer (you can do this without saving the changes) and see if that helps?

    Otherwise, if not, can you send your website url to me at zack[@]kairaweb[.]com and I’ll try to help you debug this.
